We kicked off the internationalisation for one of Finland’s fastest growing fashion brands. We first created the business design, giving the founders a clear understanding of how the different components connect when building a growth business. We secured public funding for the first internationalisation steps and developed a Market Entry Playbook alongside hands-on market experiments.
