1 Strategy
ASSESSMENT
You’ll conduct a regenerative growth assessment to help you find the best scaling opportunities and identify leaks in your operating system.
BUSINESS DESIGN
Holistic business planning for value creation and efficient AI automatisation with Abraca’s renowned Wild Growth Model™. This will help you interlink and communicate each part of the business transparently.
2 Funding
PREPARATION
You will prepare for both internationalisation and to prepare and execute an investment round that strengthens long-term company resilience.
PITCHING AND DUE DILIGENCE
Our investor team gives you guidance for starting the round and creating a pitch and evaluates your pitch in a live pitching day. Create a strong due diligence package with budgeting and capitalisation table in place.
CLOSING
Get all relevant documentation and paperwork templates for closing a round from agreements to official agendas.
3 Implementation
QUARTERLY GOALS
Set up the simple Google Sheets based tool based on your business design and strategic goals and activate quarterly goalsetting.
MONTHLY TASKS
Activate the tool into monthly use to turn the quarterly targets into monthly tasks based on different responsibility areas.
WEEKLY TRACKING
Set up simple weekly tracking on three levels: Specific projects or sprints, monthly task execution and the usage of working time.

We recommend to reserve 4-8 hours per week. Our materials support flexible scheduling and you can also extend the period of going through the materials if needed. However, the best results are achieved with active attending.
