Case 1 | Business restructuring

We did a business restructuring for a creative change agency, leading into 200K € growth in both revenue and profit in one year. This work included renewing the business plan, establishing a board structure, cleaning up finances and onboarding 6 new partners through an investment round.

Case 2 | Growth positioning

We helped an investment company update their business plan to increase the capacity for more active involvement and larger investment potential. This lead to a fast and successful recruiting process as well as taking a stronger position as a hands-on impact investor.
