The founder and CEO Anna Sofia Abrahamsson is specialised in growth firm restructuring and recently graduated from a Stanford executive education program focused on efficient change and growth management. Besides her, our team of experts has decades of change management expertise. During the first years, we have worked with 20+ small growth firms within different fields.
Case 1 | Accelerator program
We have recently launched a holistic accelerator program for growth companies. In a three month accelerator we prepare your business for regenerative growth on a strategic and operational level and create all the materials you need in order to raise the right type of funding for you.
Case 2 | Aligned funding
We have helped several growth businesses raise funding from investors who align with them on more than just the financial goals. Building close relationships with active investors and growth teams through innovative investment combinations (public, private, convertible loans) is our expertise with more than 1M € raised.
Case 3 | International scaling preparation
Growing internationally is never easy and should not be done without a proper plan (tried and tested that as well). After preparing businesses for international growth together, we have seen businesses fly over the 1M€ revenue ceiling and beyond with international sales.
